YOUR TASKS

Technical Service supports the IT Infrastructure Product Owners to find technical solutions, work on tickets, change, and service requests, as well as actively participates in projects. In this position, you will be responsible for the operational support of the Connectivity Product Owner. You will identify process improvements, ensure high quality of service delivery and improve the stability of our IT environment.

YOUR PROFILE

  • experience in an IT function
  • advanced skills – switching, routing, firewall, VPN, AD, CA and Radius, technical analytics, and troubleshooting
  • network technology (Cisco and Barracuda) and security
  • azure network (Vnet, subnet, routing)
  • excellent written and verbal English
