YOUR TASKS

We are looking for an SAP Basis Administrator, who will join our team to support internal stakeholders within the SAP infrastructure.

You will be responsible for:

  • providing support on installation, configuration, integration, upgrade and testing services for new projects and ongoing maintenance for SAP environments
  • migration of Enterprise Cloud Services Systems to a standardized Multicloud backup approach
  • communication with internal stakeholders (ERP Solutions, Customer Engagement, and Business Analytics Solutions)
  • ensuring optimal SAP configuration to maximize system performance and availability
  • handling complex infrastructure requirements and changes for multiple projects
  • error analysis and troubleshooting; act as an escalation point for technical issues

YOUR PROFILE

  • familiar with the SAP Basis Administration
  • customer-oriented attitude
  • excellent written and verbal English
