Proactively identify features to be delivered based on business stakeholder discussions and customer feedback. Demonstrate new functionality and be accountable for analyzing the functionalities against the business requests. Maintenance and refinement of the HR product backlog (Epics and User Stories) in Confluence. Ongoing alignment with internal service owners (IT Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, …). Planning and execution of user acceptance tests. Co-Creation and maintenance of the global user documentation together with the business owner. Design and delivery of HR business owner training. Managing Incident and Change Management for HR topics together with external partners.


  • good knowledge about SAP SuccessFactors (preferable Employee Central, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development)
  • knowledge about Cornerstone or other HR cloud software
  • experience of delivering system implementation
  • very good understanding of HR processes/ H2R End-to-End Process
  • familiarity with agile development techniques and commonly used tools (Confluence and Jira)
  • strong meeting facilitation skills
  • act as spokesperson for the HR solution
  • understands constraints, operational and integration impact of processes
